Textbook Return Policy
SUMMER 2012 TEXTBOOK RETURN POLICY
Any textbook purchased for the 2012 Summer I session may be exchanged or returned May 21, 2012 - May 25, 2012
Textbooks purchased for the 2012 Summer II session may be exchanged or returned June 25, 2012 - June 29, 2012
provided that:
1. The book is in the same condition as when purchased
2. The book is accompanied by a UMW Bookstore cash register receipt.
BOOKS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT A RECEIPT
Returns are authorized Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
*Below are some hints to maintain books in "new" condition. (This is a general list provided to help you care for your books. Damages are not limited to those described below):
What NOT to do:
- open a new book package until you are sure you will not need to return the book
- store new books in book bags or anywhere else they may be stractched or otherwise damaged
- allow ANY of your books to get wet
- open front cover of new books and crease at spine
- open web access codes
- lose or damage any part of a new or used book package
- write or highlight in new books until you are sure you will not need to return them
- if you drop a class, return your book(s) IMMEDIATELY to avoid further rik of damage
PROTECT YOUR WEALTH: REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT SAFE!
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT A UMW BOOKSTORE CASH REGISTER RECEIPT.
