UMW BOOKSTORE WEB ORDER RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Return Policy
You may return merchandise from the UMW Bookstore Website for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in
new condition and include all original tags and packaging. Please include the merchandise, the packing slip or invoice and a note
indicating the reason for the return. Please wrap the package securely and return it to the UMW Bookstore. Upon receipt of your package,
credit will be applied to the credit card you originally used to purchase the merchandise. You will receive an email notifying you of this
refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original merchandise was defective.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange merchandise you purchased from the UMW Bookstore Website within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise to be exchanged
must be in new condition and include all original tags and packaging. Please include the merchandise, the packing slip or invoice and a
note indicating the item(s) you would like in exchange for the item(s) you are returning. Please wrap the package securely and return it
to the UMW Bookstore. Additional shipping will be applicable unless the original merchandise was defective or we inadvertently charged you an
incorrect shipping amount when you originally placed your order.
UMW Bookstore Gift Cards
UMW Bookstore Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. UMW Bookstore Gift Cards are accepted for in-store merchandise
purchases only.
