Students Helping Honduras (SHH) is a 501(c) (3) organization incorporated in February 2006. The mission of SHH is to build a movement
of young leaders to empower orphaned and vulnerable children in Honduras. SHH exists to empower both American students and
Honduran individuals, care for orphaned and vulnerable children, promote life-long education, and reduce poverty. SHH members are part
of a rapidly growing network of colleges and universities across the United States. We currently have over 25 college chapters.
The Eco-Friendly Clutch Program supports women from the squatter community of Siete de Abril in Honduras who make these bags to provide food,
clean water, and medicine for their children. This Eco-Friendly Clutch, crafted in Honduras from 100% post-consumer snack chip bags, also helps the
environment by minimizing the amount of trash that is burned.
